INTERREG/CARDS-PHARE of the European Community (2005-0017-634018).
The main objective of this research project is to face in a multidisciplinare and innovative way the problems of the reduction of the seismic risk in industrial and city areas, integrating aspects of seismology, geophysics, geology, geotechnics and structural and numerical calculation.

Welcome to our website!
The M.E.E.T.I.N.G. Project's website is intended to be a virtual meeting place for all the participants in the Project. Here you can find the highlights of the Project such as project activities, significant dates, stages of the research, project results, etc.
The site will also provide information about the workshop programmes and lists of participants in the workshops to be held in Croatia and Italy next year.
Outputs of the research carried out under the Project will prove useful for both Croatian and Italian agencies and authorities dealing with the issues concerning geotechnical hazard (ground motions, slope instability and liquefaction).
As the M.E.E.T.I.N.G. Project requires tackling complex problems about seismic risk mitigation, please contact us in order to the exchange views and ideas with all those interested in and dealing with such issues.
